Terms

These terms govern your use of arkan.com.my, operated by Arkan Group, a company incorporated in Malaysia. By using the site you accept them.

No offer or solicitation

This site is published for identification and general information only. Nothing on it constitutes an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security or interest in any fund or entity, nor an invitation to invest, nor investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Arkan does not solicit investment from the public. The site is published from Malaysia and is not directed at any person in a jurisdiction where publishing or accessing it would be unlawful.

No reliance

The information here is provided as it stands, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness or currency. It may be changed or withdrawn at any time without notice. You should not act, or refrain from acting, in reliance on it. To the fullest extent permitted by Malaysian law, Arkan accepts no liability for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, this site.

Intellectual property

The Arkan name and the contents of this site are the property of Arkan Group, save for the typefaces, which are used under the SIL Open Font License. You may read and print these pages for your own reference. You may not reproduce them, or use the Arkan name or marks, to represent yourself as connected with the company.

Impersonation and fraud

arkan.com.my is the only official website of Arkan Group, and enquiries@arkan.com.my is its only published address. The company operates no other publicly available website. Any other site, account or communication purporting to be Arkan or to act on its behalf is not legitimate.

Arkan does not solicit investment from the public, does not promise returns, and will never ask you to transfer money, send cryptocurrency, or disclose banking or identity credentials. Anything that does so in Arkan's name is fraudulent, however closely it resembles this site or the people named on it. Report it to enquiries@arkan.com.my. If money has already moved, report it to your bank and to the police first; that is the step that can still be reversed.
